Just Because

In my journal, I have been writing a lot about my girls or to my girls. The other day I was thinking that I have not said anything about Jay. I decided I wanted to say "out loud" how much I just LOVE this man. Jay and I met through my cousin's Brent & Penny. Yes, it was a blind date. He took me out to Charlie Chows for dinner and we talked and talked and talked. He invited me to church the next day to him sing, which I did. And the rest is history. We were married March 31, 2000 in the Manti temple. The next couple of years were extremely HARD! But looking back, I would not want to walk that path with anyone else! Now about Jay, he is so kind, compassionate, honest, patient, hard working (the list could go on and on and on, but I am sure you get the idea). I LOVE him for the man he was and the man he is trying hard to become. He is such a good dad and loves his girls so much and they LOVE him! I hope that this just gives you an idea how much we love our dad, husband and BESTEST friend. I just LOVE, LOVE, LOVE him to death and cannot wait until he comes home tomorrow.
