And if you are to tired to drive.... THEN DON'T!!!

No Way!!
That is the reaction I get when I tell people why I have a massive burn on my neck.
On Tuesday I picked up Jacquie from school around 12:30. We were heading to my friends house and on the way we were hit head on by a SUV. The driver had fallen asleep. To make a long story short we had a small ride by ambulance to Davis hospital to have Jacquie checked out. She looked the worse because all her injuries were to her face and head. Emily has a couple of burns on her shoulders from the seat belt. I have a massive, horrible seat belt burn across my neck, my knees are bruised from hitting the dash (my left one looks like a golf ball is growing out of it) and my body is really sore from the airbag. The driver from the SUV walked away without a scratch.
All I can think about is how grateful this didn't happen on the freeway and at freeway speeds. It was bad enough with me going 40mph vs 75.
And if you are to tired to drive.... THEN DON'T!!!

NO WAY!! (ha ha)
that just stinks... i'm glad that everyone is OK though. what a blessing to walk out of that with nothing but a few bumps and burns.
Oh my heck Steph! I am sorry to hear about the accident, but glad that no one was seriously hurt.
We are so glad you are all okay as well! When Kendall told me he didn't have very many details so I was kind of freaking out...but again, what a huge blessing that you are okay. Hopefully everything will work out with getting it replaced!
I'm happy you guys are ok! Make sure to let us know how Jacq is healing.
AMEN to if you're too tired to drive then don't. It's just as bad as drunk driving! I to am glad you guys are okay and that no one was hurt any worse. Let me know if y'all need anything!!
Oh my gosh! I had no idea! I'm so glad you're all okay! Wow.

Oh my word, Steph, I'm so glad you are ok. What a wild experience. I'm glad you had a car that could take that kind of a beating and leave you relatively unscathed.
