I laughed so much in our primary class. We used the Bible dictionary & Topical Guide quite a bit too. But the best part came from such a sweet girl who is trying so hard (and I think just started coming back to Church)to know what is going on. Poor thing is always lost and a step behind. She raised her hand and asked us where she could find the "Tropical Guide". Of course there was laughter and her face went red and a little embarrassed, but Ryan so nicely said "I used to call it that all the time", which put a smile back on her face and a pep in her step again. Funny how little things like that just make you want to reach out to that group of 15 and bear hug them all! With little comments like this, you know they are GOOD (yes obedient, but good people)! It's the small and dare I say it... SIMPLE things that make your heart happy.
After that little funny, one of our sweet little girls (in our primary class. And YES they are mine. ALL OF THEM!) told us about the miracle her family witnessed when all her little brothers teeth were "obsessed". And how they prayed and fasted and the "obsessed" teeth fell out. It was really a touching and faith building story. And then Austin raises his hand and asks "What are obsessed teeth?" Jay and I (well more me) started laughing and explained that what she meant was "abscessed teeth". Again we explained it and enjoyed hearing the stories of faith the children all told.
I will be so sad when January comes and my kids leave me. They are one of my favorites and I will always have a soft spot for them in my heart

I feel like I have obsessed teeth ;-)
We teach the 11 & 12 year olds. And like I said earlier... we absolutely LOVE it!!!
